In the Garden: Winter


Winter Gardens
These two cuties are sitting in my open face Garden Shed.
They aren't too happy about winter it seems.

Here are a few winter garden pictures.

My little herbal shoppe is heated. 
So it is quite cozy in there!


This little vintage camper is in the midst of the gardens.
It is a super cute place to hang out with friends!

I love decorating with rustic implements...
The rustier the better!

The Hosta Beds

The little wagon green house in the back will be
growing spinach and lettuce soon!
I will plant and cover the wagon and have early greens!

This old washtub grows beautiful flowers!

I have many settees all over the gardens!
No one sitting here today! Brrrrr….

I clean up the garden beds before winter, 
but, I do leave a few flower beds untouched so
the little creatures have winter protection.

I have many fairies throughout the gardens.
The cold weather isn't their favorite time of year.

Winter Health

  Winter Garden The gardens are beautiful in every season. I appreciate living in the mid-west where we have all four seasons to enjoy. Winters can be harsh here in Missouri, but they are also beautiful. I like to go with the flow of the seasons with my health and wellness path. Winter is a great time of nourishing rest for our bodies. Winter is the season for eating slow foods and drinking nourishing hot drinks. I am a certified herbalist. But, I do not re-invent the wheel when it comes to herbal education. I love to share other herbalist information.
