New Baby Boy


This is 'farm-girl' Grace holding a new addition to the farm. Baby Boy Michael is two weeks old. He will grow into those ears someday! Michael is a buckling from our beloved Karlie. Karlie lives on another farm now being well taken care of. This little guy looks just like her. He will be our 'stud' by the end of summer. We are bottle feeding Michael. It took awhile to get him to take the bottle. But now he is a pro! We love our little 'farmette' here at Heritage Home~Place.
It's a great place for the 'kids'!

  Winter Garden The gardens are beautiful in every season. I appreciate living in the mid-west where we have all four seasons to enjoy. Winters can be harsh here in Missouri, but they are also beautiful. I like to go with the flow of the seasons with my health and wellness path. Winter is a great time of nourishing rest for our bodies. Winter is the season for eating slow foods and drinking nourishing hot drinks. I am a certified herbalist.
